Ongoing portfolio development and expansion – 2025 reporting year.
Through ECOPlanet, ECOPact and ECOCycle®, HERACLES Group turns sustainability strategy into everyday construction practice, creating an integrated ecosystem of low-carbon and circular building solutions. ECOPlanet offers lower-carbon cement solutions, while ECOPact provides lower-carbon ready-mix concrete, enabling customers to reduce embodied carbon in their projects. ECOCycle® adds the critical circularity dimension by transforming construction and demolition materials into resources for new building solutions, helping reduce demand for primary raw materials. The initiative’s distinctive strength lies in addressing two of the sector’s biggest challenges – decarbonization and circularity – through one coherent value proposition. Rather than offering isolated “green” products, HERACLES is enabling a new construction model in which performance, durability and quality go hand in hand with measurable environmental value. In 2025, products supporting sustainable construction already represented a significant share of Group sales, demonstrating that sustainability is moving from a specialist choice to a mainstream market requirement.

In 2025, 35% of Group sales came from products supporting sustainable construction, demonstrating growing market uptake. ECOPlanet cements deliver CO₂ reductions ranging from 30% to 60%, depending on the product, helping projects lower embodied carbon. At the same time, ECOCycle® advances circular construction by turning construction and demolition materials into resources for new building solutions and reducing demand for primary raw materials. Together, ECOPlanet, ECOPact and ECOCycle® give designers and contractors a practical pathway to embed sustainability from the design stage through material selection and construction.
Across Greece through the Group’s cement, ready-mix concrete and circular material recovery activities.
Close collaboration with customers, designers, developers, contractors and project teams to select, tailor and apply low-carbon and circular solutions according to each project’s technical and environmental requirements.
The initiative mobilizes the organization across functions: R&D and technical support, operations, quality, sales, marketing, sustainability and logistics work together to turn innovation into practical, reliable solutions for customers.
The initiative differentiates the portfolio and creates value through premium sustainable solutions, strengthens customer relationships and builds Group expertise in low-carbon and circular construction. It also prepares HERACLES and its customers for tighter carbon-performance, resource-efficiency and circular-economy requirements, reinforcing the Group’s position as a partner of choice for sustainable construction in Greece.
