The Interamerican Women Mentoring Program, in partnership with Women on Top (WoT) Organization, is a dynamic initiative designed to propel women into leadership positions, fostering empowerment and advancement. By connecting our talented female professionals with seasoned leaders from Women on Top, we pave the way for profound personal and organizational growth. The Women Mentoring Program, brings together our talented female professionals with accomplished leaders from beyond our organization. This collaboration is structured to yield multifaceted outcomes:
