With this system, the Civil Engineers will be able to submit the studies electronically and will manage from their office the entire file of the Building Permit. The Town Planning will check online all the data as well as the location of the property on the map and will grant its approval or will notify electronically its observations to the responsible engineer for the necessary corrections.

The Electronic Building Permitting System which will benefit the citizens in many ways since all the relevant procedures are simplified and the bureaucracy is drastically reduced. This is just the second Municipality of the country, after the Municipality of Athens, which uses this Modernizing Tool to Upgrade the Urban Planning Services offered to the citizens.
The results of the system implementation have not been exported yet.
