1. Replacement of all light bulbs with new energy saving ones for all the office buildings.
2. Similarly replacement of the light bulbs, with energy saving ones, for the worksites.
3. Better management of the BMS at the office buildings with rational use of lighting and climate control during outside office hours.
4. Adjustment of the flushing cisterns at the bathrooms for reduced water consumption.
5. Adjustment of the irrigation system and monitoring of it in order to reduce further the water consumption.
6. Water recycling at the worksites and reuse of it at the worksites’ installations (e.g. washing of the wheels of the vehicles, spraying etc).
7. Use of energy efficient air-conditioning units at the worksites.
1. Reduction of electrical energy consumption and the energy footprint of the Group.
2. Reduction of the overall water consumption of the Group.
3. Through the waste water management we succeed to reduce the water waste and their treatment contributes to additional reduction of consumption of the water resources since the treated waste water can be used for the irrigation of green areas.
4. Inspection for the suitability of excavation produce, aiming to reuse them.
5. Scheduling of the works and application of methods in order to avoid aggregate materials loss.

After their briefing, the personnel of the Group have developped the habit of saving energy and as a result, during their departure from their work place, or during periods that they do not use their offices, they turn off the lights and the air-conditioning.
