Objective Action

LIVE IT is a well being program addressed to the most important asset of the company, it’s employees. LIVE IT responds directly to the  employees’ needs, according to the recent engagement Voice Survey, which brought forward the need for more well- being programs in the office and work life balance. One of the core company values is that every life matters more than anything and our actions are making a difference not only for patients, but also for our people.

 

LIVE IT also encourages employees to take action for their own well being and actively supports their decisions. Overall, the program is a group of benefits connected to the enhancement of the employees’ physical& mental health and safety. LIVE IT has successfully adapted it’s characteristics to the challenging Pandemic needs and in this way we continue to offer the maximum benefits, always putting forward our people safety!

LIVE IT in COVID-19

•Virtual sessions with our dietician

•Virtual pilates sessions for all MSD Employees and their close ones.

•IT virtual support meetings (questions, useful tips etc)

• YAMMER Communities activation- uploading movies, books, recipes, photos,  etc

• Weekly message from Agata to support and keep the spirit

• 13.00- 15.00 daily free slot of calls and meetings to be able to help our families (cooking, reading with kids, taking care the family)

The consistency in the Program’s implementation has been highly rated from MSD Employees, who speak their mind through engagement voice surveys. As far as this issue is concerned, the Company comes second amongst the whole Organization. Employees can feel and receive the true interest from the Company and this is also depicted in our high engagement score, which reached 83% in our Pulse Survey. The Program’s efficiency has also been validated by Best Place to Work and our Company has been included in the Best Place to Work list for several years.
