LIVE IT responds directly to the  employees’ needs, according to the recent engagement Voice Survey, which brought forward the need for more well- being programs in the office and work life balance. One of the core company values is that every life matters more than anything and our actions are making a difference not only for patients, but also for our people.

LIVE IT also encourages employees to take action for their own well being and actively supports their decisions. Overall, the program is a group of benefits connected to the enhancement of the employees’ physical& mental health and safety.
