The Municipality of Agioi Anargyroi-Kamatero came forward with the development of a polymorphic web portal where anyone can have a look in the web link: www.agankam.gov.gr

The new web portal forms part of the effort to digitalize all the services of the Municipality step by step. At the same time our objective is to facilitate the citizens by creating a two-way communication and to be able to find every possible paper needed from a Municipality in the web portal in a digitalized form.

The new Web portal, which was designed from point zero , is using the latest technology CMS, and is designed with the principles of mobile first in a friendly mode for the users of mobile telephones.  

The web user has the potential to find quickly the information needed in a user friendly environment through a detailed calendar, to get information about job applications, web releases, notices. Its main function is to find easily and in a detailed way of all the

This simple fact facilitates the citizen and reduces the delays and improves the correspondence of the departments. At the same time where there is the potential for a citizen to be served remotely, there is a link where the citizen clicks it and is transferred to the platform corresponded for his matter. In the new web portal there is  also a platform which is addressed especially for the needs of the Sports and Civilization Department and all of its programs. The citizen can be informed through the digitalized platform with every detail for every available program, the professor or sports instructor available, the timetable available and also conclude with his enrolment easily and digitally. In the following phase that is under construction, every citizen can pay digitally by credit card or paypal. With this way the citizens will have the potential to choose anytime they want, their enrolment in a sports activity or rent a sports field and at the same time everything is proceeded in the most possible transparent way. This platform has great potential of development as the citizen can monitor every step of the way something that facilitates the interior function of the Department  as the creation of KPIs is possible to develop furthermore the Sports and Civilization Department of the Municipality. The statistics so far show an increase of the web visitors  to an amount that comes to a 100% in only three months of the release of the new web portal. The improvement of the quality provided is crucial and the web visitors rarely leave the site before they conclude with their request. What is also impressive is the use of the web portal by mobile users as it is extremely friendly for smartphone users. Most initiatives use fast and easy solutions  with specific targeting and potential. Municipality of Agioi Anargyroi-Kamatero invested in the development of a custom solution , adapted to the needs, the infrastructure and the people working in the area and in the Municipality. This project consists of a strategic tool for the Mayor and his collaborators for the further improvement and the facilitation of the citizens and forms the cornerstone for the further digitalization of all the municipality’s services, with transparency and in every secure way., combining at the same time a friendly and easily used environment.
