Objective Action

The 'A Story of Change' Sustainability & Corporate Social Responsibility Programme of Mitsis Group was developed with the aim of integrating ESG principles across the Group’s operations, development strategy and hospitality experience. Through a holistic sustainability strategy, the programme seeks to combine business growth with the creation of long-term social, environmental and economic value across the destinations where the Group operates.

Target Audience

The initiative targets employees, local communities, guests, partners, suppliers, social stakeholders and the wider stakeholder ecosystem of Mitsis Group. At the same time, it addresses the broader Greek tourism and hospitality sector by promoting a more responsible, sustainable and resilient tourism development model.

Duration

The initiative was implemented throughout 2025 as part of Mitsis Group’s overall sustainability and corporate responsibility strategy.

Description

The 'A Story of Change' programme constitutes the core framework for implementing Mitsis Group’s sustainability strategy, integrating Environmental, Social and Governance (ESG) principles across the full spectrum of the Group’s operations and development strategy. The programme is structured around five strategic pillars focusing on strengthening local communities, promoting Greek cultural heritage, employee development and wellbeing, innovation and digital transformation, as well as environmental protection and the sustainable management of natural resources.
