Development of young people's skills and encouragement to explore their career prospect
Final-year students/Graduates aged 21-24
The program concerns a continuous action of DELTA.
DELTA introduces you to the new, innovative, and unique graduate program "U in the future," which combines cross-functional, cross-company, and cross-industry experience through four 6-month placements: i) in different parts of the company, taking on strategically important projects, ii) in different companies within the Vivartia Group, gaining experience from various corporate environments and challenges, and iii) in a different sector with the option of a 6-month placement in a consulting firm (we partner with PwC). The program lasts 24 months and is aimed at young individuals aged 21-24, who are final-year students or graduates of universities or polytechnic schools.
By participating in "U in the future," young people have the opportunity to work in an enthusiastic environment that encourages them to propose and innovate for customers, society, and the planet! Simultaneously, throughout the program, they develop significant skills through an extensive skills development program (soft, leadership, and hard skills), either on the job, through mentoring, or through structured e-learning programs.
They have the opportunity to work in different companies within the Vivartia Group, gain experience in consulting, and discover, through exciting projects, what suits them best. Upon completion of the program, they will take on a permanent position at DELTA or another company within the Vivartia Group.
In 2023, DELTA hired 5 young individuals aged 21-24, who since September have undertaken two different projects, gaining valuable experience for their professional careers.
Candidates are selected from all over Greece and are employed across different DELTA functions.
