For this reason, it has developed the Code of Business Ethics and Conduct, which encompasses the fundamental principles and values of the company, shaping a framework for daily behavior and promoting honesty, transparency, integrity, and impartiality.

The Code applies to all employees of DIMAND, members of the Board of Directors, contractors, suppliers, affiliated companies, consultants, intermediaries, and anyone else acting on behalf of the company.
