Kafea Terra Food and Drinks AEBE is a purely Greek industrial company in the field of coffee processing and trading. Since 1988 with the exclusive introduction of the illy brand, it has been developing the espresso culture in Greece. At the same time, it produces its own coffee brands Dimello, AREA 51, Distillo. It continuously invests in the development of high quality and aesthetic products with wide penetration and appeal in the Horeca, Office & Retail sectors in Greece and abroad.

Through the creation of a comprehensive training program, the goal is to spread the culture of high quality coffee, to develop a strong network of professionals that will contribute to the Sustainable development of the coffee industry and the creation of new employment opportunities.

At KAFEA TERRA we dedicate significant resources and time to the development of a qualified training center that promotes, supports and communicates the coffee culture through specialized programs aimed at coffee professionals and young people who want to work in the field. For this purpose, seminars are conducted by experienced and trained instructors who provide both theoretical and practical training.
In addition, the company provides educational and consulting services to new owners of coffee shops and their staff, to new business partners who undertake the distribution of coffee in the Greek Region and abroad as well as to every new employee of KAFEA TERRA regardless of specialization and sector employment.
For the further support of all professionals in the field, KAFEA TERRA developed in 2020 the production of 6 educational videos, which are available on "You Tube" in Greek and English version in the following thematic sections:
Furthermore, since 2020 KAFEA TERRA in collaboration with the non-profit "Odyssea" undertakes the implementation of free daily training seminars for beneficiaries of the organization, providing all the necessary skills required to work as Baristi professionals. The knowledge provided is practical and theoretical.
The trainees acquire the necessary knowledge and skills in order to gain specialization as professional baristi who ensure high quality coffees and create an enjoyable experience for consumers. The implementation of vocational training programs in the field of coffee, is carried out by a group of employees of KAFEA TERRA occupied in Department of Education & Quality Control and they are experienced and qualified trainers with certifications from the "University of Coffee" UDC of Trieste and SCA.
