The initiative focuses on empowering the younger generation by promoting equal access to education, lifelong learning, and the development of future-ready skills. Through a holistic approach combining educational support, digital equipment provision, nutrition programs, and school environment upgrades, it improves both learning conditions and student wellbeing, particularly in remote and underserved areas.
During the 2024–2025 school year, the initiative delivered measurable impact, supporting over 2,400 students across 26 regions, providing more than 59,000 meals, upgrading school infrastructure, and enhancing digital readiness in 5 schools through the GENEROUS School | Knowledge program. Employee engagement played a key role, with volunteers participating in school activities and coaching initiatives, strengthening both social impact and corporate culture.
As an ongoing program, the initiative continues into the 2025–2026 school year, expanding its reach and reinforcing GENESIS PHARMA’s role as a responsible social contributor while creating long-term value for communities, education, and future generations.

School year 2024–2025 (September 2024 – June 2025)
The initiative was designed with the aim of reducing inequalities in education and strengthening access to quality learning and modern skills. Its implementation is based on a holistic intervention model that combines support for the educational process (equipment, learning activities) with the improvement of the physical school environment through targeted refurbishment actions, creating a more friendly and supportive setting for students and educators.
Key features of the initiative include its focus on experiential and inclusive learning, the active involvement of volunteers, and the integration of educational support with the wellbeing and everyday school experience of students. This combined approach highlights an innovative model of social intervention, where education, environment, and community act as interconnected pillars for shaping a sustainable future.

he initiative has delivered significant and measurable social and educational impact, contributing to the improvement of the learning experience for hundreds of students and educators. Through school support programs, more than 2,400 students in 26 remote areas have benefited, while at least 17 schools have been upgraded, actively contributing to the reduction of educational inequalities.
Through participation in programs such as “DIATROFI,” more than 59,000 healthy meals have been provided to over 800 children, supporting their daily wellbeing and school life. The active involvement of employees as volunteers and coaches further enhances the impact, fostering skills, empowering youth, and creating positive role models.
During the 2024–2025 school year, 2,125 healthy meals were offered to the 23rd Kindergarten of Athens through the “DIATROFI” program. In the same period, refurbishment actions were implemented at the 5th & 11th Primary Schools of Vyronas and the Primary School of Schinoussa, creating a safer and more engaging learning environment, benefiting more than 350 students.
Additionally, through the GENEROUS School | Knowledge program, five schools in Evia, Tripoli, and Schinoussa were supported with 23 laptops, MS Office and antivirus licenses, and additional equipment (photocopier, speakers, and headphones), benefiting over 600 students and strengthening their digital readiness.
The success of the initiative is assessed through a combination of quantitative and qualitative indicators, including the number of beneficiaries, implemented actions, and geographic reach. Qualitative evaluation includes feedback from educators and partners, improvements in student experience, and the strengthened sense of safety and inclusion. Continuous monitoring ensures the initiative’s evolution and long-term value creation.
Activities were implemented across multiple locations, including Athens, Vyronas, Schinoussa, Evia, and Tripoli, through school support, nutrition programs, and infrastructure improvements.
The initiative is implemented through a network of strategic partnerships with schools, educators, local authorities, and specialized NGOs, such as the Prolepsis Institute through the “DIATROFI” program, contributing to the holistic support of students. It is further strengthened by the active involvement of employee volunteers and partners, who contribute both to educational activities and to the upgrading of school infrastructure.
This multi-level partnership approach creates a strong ecosystem of social value, connecting education, social care, and local development while enhancing the sustainability and multiplier effect of the initiative.
Employee engagement is a key pillar of the initiative, supported by a structured volunteer team that acts as a catalyst for social contribution. Employees participate in school refurbishment actions and initiatives that directly support students and school communities, offering their time, skills, and creativity through the Generous School program. At the same time, they actively contribute as coaches in educational programs, such as Future Leaders, supporting youth development and career guidance.
This involvement strengthens the company’s connection with society, fosters a culture of volunteering, and transforms employees into agents of positive change, maximizing the initiative’s social impact.
The initiative reinforces GENESIS PHARMA’s role as a responsible and active social partner, strengthening its reputation and credibility in the field of Corporate Social Responsibility. It builds trust with local communities and stakeholders while expanding the company’s social footprint.
Employee participation enhances corporate culture by fostering values such as volunteering, collaboration, and social responsibility, while increasing employee engagement and pride.
