Training:

At Netcompany-Intrasoft, the notion of training and development, through innovative learning strategies, is closely linked to our work culture.

Therefore, already from day one, every employee is introduced to training, by attending induction and onboarding trainings, and academies designed and led by the company (Communities of Practice, Centers of Excellence). At the same time, all employees gain access to 5.000+ online courses available on Udemy for Business, with a wide variety of seminars on hard skills and soft skills, as well as on general knowledge. In 2022, a total of 60,569 hours of training were completed (+66% compared to 2021), 82% of which concerned the development of hard skills. The Agile model implemented in most projects contributed significantly to that end, leading to the development of in-house academies, to further enhance soft & hard skills.

 

Diversity, equity and inclusion:

The diversity, equity and inclusion culture is expressed through the daily work practices followed by the company. Netcompany-Intrasoft adopts high ethical standards in all business processes and has established a Code of Conduct, which contributes to further promoting ethics, integrity, transparency, as well as proper professional conduct across all levels of hierarchy. Furthermore, the company has put in place a whistleblower policy, in order to allow its employees to report behaviours or offences while maintaining anonymity.

Finally, commitment of the company is that every employee has the opportunity to progress and grow, creating an environment, where talent comes before gender. In that framework, women empowerment is a strategic priority, a need which is demonstrated by the proportion of men against women in the workforce, with women representing only 34% of all employees, thus significantly exceeding the Greek (21%) and European (20%) average in the IT industry (Source: Eurostat – High Technology sectors). The number of women employed in the company has been significantly growing year-by-year, showing a double-digit-increase. In 2022, for instance, the growth rate reached +22%, compared to 2021.

Meanwhile, the company actively supports gender equality-related actions, and, through the active participation of female colleagues in talks that are held at events, universities, schools and workshops, it raises awareness, in order to attract more women in the IT industry.
