The initiative aims to undertake active and systematic responsibility for the care and protection of stray animals found within and around Antipollution’s facilities.
By ensuring basic welfare conditions, such as medical care, shelter, and nutrition, the initiative seeks to create a safe and stable environment for the animals, while fostering a culture of respect for life and responsible coexistence.
At the same time, the initiative is part of a broader corporate responsibility framework, highlighting the importance of care not only for the environment but also for the living beings that are part of it.

The initiative is addressed to both the company’s employees and the wider society, including local communities and organizations active in the field of animal protection.
Through its implementation, awareness regarding stray animal welfare is enhanced, promoting a more responsible and conscious approach to everyday human-animal coexistence.
Ongoing initiative, continuously evolving.
Antipollution has developed a continuous and structured practice for the care of stray animals found within and around the areas in which it operates. Specifically, this practice is implemented at its facilities in Drapetsona, Ritsona, Aspropyrgos, and Elefsina, recognizing both the responsibility arising from coexistence and the value of protecting all forms of life within its operational environment.
Within the framework of the initiative, animals receive comprehensive care, including feeding, provision of appropriate shelter, and basic as well as preventive veterinary care, such as vaccinations. At the same time, the company ensures the coverage of emergency medical needs in cases of injury or illness, as well as the implementation of sterilization programs, contributing to the long-term management of the stray animal population.
This approach ensures not only the welfare of the animals but also the creation of a balanced and safe environment within the facilities, where human activity coexists harmoniously with their presence.
The initiative does not address the issue of stray animals in a fragmented way but as part of a broader philosophy of responsible operation, where care and protection are integral elements of daily practice.

The initiative significantly contributes to improving the living conditions of stray animals in the areas of intervention, ensuring their health, safety, and consistent care.
The coverage of emergency medical needs and the implementation of sterilization programs help reduce risks for the animals themselves, while also contributing to more sustainable coexistence conditions in the wider environment.
At the same time, the initiative enhances awareness among employees and local communities, promoting a more responsible and conscious attitude toward animal protection.
Antipollution facilities in Drapetsona, Ritsona, Aspropyrgos, and Elefsina, as well as their surrounding areas.
The initiative is supported, where necessary, through collaborations with local veterinarians and specialized animal welfare organizations, ensuring the provision of appropriate medical care, the management of emergency cases, and the implementation of sterilization procedures.
These collaborations enhance the consistency and effectiveness of the initiative, contributing to the maintenance of high animal welfare standards.
The initiative is actively supported by Antipollution employees, who contribute on a daily basis to the care of the animals and the implementation of the initiative’s activities.
This participation fosters a culture of responsibility and respect, while strengthening employees’ connection with the company’s values and their practical application.
The initiative strengthens Antipollution’s image as an organization that actively integrates principles of social responsibility and respect for life, extending sustainability beyond environmental impact.
At the same time, it contributes to the creation of a positive and safe working environment, enhancing internal cohesion and employee engagement.
The initiative also reinforces trust with local communities, highlighting a holistic and meaningful approach to corporate responsibility.
