Aiming to support young people taking their first professional steps, strengthen skills, and promote lifelong learning, the Future Forward initiative links the activities of the aluminum rolling division with leading educational institutions in Greece. This initiative and its actions form an integral part of Elval’s strategy for continuous workforce development and social responsibility: to cultivate talent, share knowledge, grow together with its people, and invest in the next generations.

On Saturday, March 15, the “Principles of Effective Communication” workshop was held in Eretria, in collaboration with AIESEC Greece.
In early April, the “Pitching an Idea” workshop took place, aiming to create development opportunities for the professionals of tomorrow, with the participation of students from the National Technical University of Athens, in collaboration with the student organization BEST Athens and the experienced team from The Flow Partners.
On Tuesday, July 8, 95 high school students from various schools across Greece participated in the workshop titled “Costing & Budgeting: Financial thinking behind every business decision,” in collaboration with the Athens University of Economics and Business.
