Benefits for Οrganization

The creation of a contemporary art museum that will host approximately 200 works of art by the world-famous late artist Constantin Xenakis will result in the creation of a cultural pole of international interest in Serres. The restoration of a former building will add to the urban regeneration of the former military camp and will link it to the rest of the cultural spaces in the city. The transformation of a listed building into a nearly zero energy building is a good practice that has already been applied to other projects.
