Description

The “Shape the Future of Sustainable Mobility” initiative is Ayvens Greece’s strategic approach to accelerating the transition to a sustainable mobility model, with a focus on carbon emissions reduction, promoting electric mobility, and creating long-term value for customers, society, and the environment. The initiative aligns with Ayvens’ global vision to lead the transformation toward sustainable mobility by providing comprehensive solutions that facilitate the decarbonization of transportation, supporting companies of all sizes throughout Greece.

Its design is based on the belief that environmental progress is not achieved through a single technology or vehicle type, but through comprehensive fleet management, data utilization, the right choice of vehicles, and the effective use of available resources.

The initiative is implemented through customized solutions for corporate fleets, which include total cost of ownership (TCO) analyses, fleet electrification recommendations, support for the development of charging infrastructure, and flexible leasing models that facilitate the transition to more sustainable forms of transportation. At the same time, Ayvens utilizes specialized tools for measuring, monitoring, and analyzing CO₂ emissions, providing its clients with reliable data on the carbon footprint of their fleets, the ability to evaluate alternative mobility scenarios, and the ability to track their progress toward the decarbonization and ESG goals they have set. What sets this initiative apart—and constitutes its key innovative features its approach to the entire vehicle lifecycle. Ayvens does not focus exclusively on fleet renewal or replacement, but also on optimizing vehicle use, extending their service life wherever possible, and systematically implementing circular economy practices throughout the entire vehicle lifecycle. The utilization of vehicles’ second life, the integration of circular economy principles into fleet management processes, the promotion of responsible procurement practices, and the implementation of practices for monitoring the health and performance of electric vehicle batteries through (Battery State of Health - SoH) are elements that enhance the initiative’s overall environmental and business value and align with Ayvens’ strategy for action across the entire value chain.

In this way, the initiative simultaneously creates environmental, operational, and business value for customers, helping to shape a more modern model of corporate mobility in Greece.
