Since 2015, SED launched the "Monitoring General. Meetings of Listed Companies Program", under the auspices of the ASE Group and in cooperation initially with 4 Economics University of Athens (Athens University of Economics, National University of Athens, Piraeus and Panteion University University)
In 2016 were added to the program and other universities, both in Athens as the National Technical University of Athens and the TEI OF ATHENS and outside Athens, including the University of Macedonia, Democritus University of Thrace and the TUC, to the monitoring of Gen. Meetings to extended to companies that have their headquarters outside Athens.
Our goal every year to add and other higher education institutions, such as the Law Schools, Computer Schools etc.
The program has been well received in both the academic community and students of the Faculty of Economics, and the Greek Capital Markets and Listed companies with great pleasure accept students as observers in the annual General. The Assemblies.
According to the program the students, after proper training and preparation, monitor listed companies 2-3 months before the General. Assembly, so as to have a more complete picture of each company and go to General. Meetings where complement a questionnaire, which drew a working group composed of members of the CCA Board, professors and graduate students.
Every year made at least two (2) seminars for students will register in order to better monitor the companies, sufficiently in advance of the General. Meetings, but also the best and accurate completion of the questionnaire.
With the beginning of Genesis. Meetings organized working groups that meet on a weekly basis, analyze the companies, whose General. Meetings are to be made in the coming time and process the agenda of each General. Assembly separately in order for the students to go to General. At the end of each period special working group, consisting of economists, university professors and graduate students, processes the questionnaires completed by students in General. Meetings and conclusions are presented in a special event in autumn.
