The preparation and review process lasted 8 months.
In 2025, Chiesi initiated the ISO 37001 (Anti-Bribery Management System) certification process for the first time and proceeded with demanding assessment (audit) procedures by an external independent body. Its aim is to strengthen corporate governance and ethical and regulatory assurance regarding internal procedures and systems against bribery and corruption. The completion of the demanding assessment led to Chiesi's certification with ISO 37001 with an excellent result, as no non-compliance was identified by the auditors, which proves that the Policies, SOPs and procedures are strong at Chiesi.

Obtaining the certification means that Chiesi implements comprehensive structures, controls and procedures to prevent, detect and respond to bribery incidents.
