The Hellenic Anti-Rheumatism Society (EL. E. AN. A.) is a public benefit, non-profit, organization recognized by the state.
It was founded in 1978 in Athens. Members of EL. E. AN. A. are mainly people suffering from Arthritis / Rheumatism, Rheumatologists and people who are interested in supporting those suffering from Arthritis / Rheumatism.
All members work voluntarily.

Up to date, more than 1,500 people have been correctly informed about the patient's relationship with the physician and the health system, the rights and obligations, the way the doctor approaches the problem, the contribution of laboratory and imaging methods to diagnosis and follow-up of treatment, and on the other hand, the drug as a diagnostic and therapeutic tool, the basic concepts of medicine and medication, as well as the different therapeutic approaches.
The School was held in Athens, Thessaloniki, Larisa, Volos, Trikala, Kalambaka, Agrinio and Rethymno
