Οι Ζω.Ε.Σ.(Ζωοφιλικἐς Ενημερώσεις Σχολείων, Ιδρυμάτων και Οργανισμών) was founded in January 2015 by the Educator, Writer and Dog’s Trainer Papapostolou Katerina, who has been collecting her material since 2000. Soul of this vision is the four-legged dog Dione, who was slaughtered, shot, beaten and thrown to die unaided in September 2011. She was reborn through her ashes, fought with her demons, "founded" the Ζω.Ε.Σ. and has "spoken" until today about the undying love of the animals to more than 250,000 people, and in 2017 it published its book "The Gift", the First Dog Autobiography with the Power of Magical Realism" (Pb. Welldone) as one guide to healthy and balanced animal welfare where it represents every stray soul. Οι Ζω.Ε.Σ. with the interactive, intercultural, cross-thematic and multi-disciplinary educational program "Animal ... kissing lessons of loveless love", approved by the Ministry of Education on the basis of (43 / 19-10-1017), we aim at a more humane tomorrow for everybody, where two-legged and four-legged they enjoy a world of equality, equality and justice. With our "Healing Embrace" program, they visit with the dogs of the group, all of them former abused strays, disabled people and children with learning disabilities, as well as offending at therapeutic and special education schools. While our educational program "The Gift: Look through the eyes of a stray dog" concerns training in responsible custody of ex-stray dogs and misunderstood animals of the fairy tales! Our educational programs are transmitting selflessly where ever we are being invited. With scientific collaborators educators, dog behaviors, psychologists, psychotherapists, speech therapists, writers, artists, musicians, actors, theatrologists, we are constantly being trained on the new data and we are always willing to respond to any new challenges. With the use of audiovisual material, theatrical play, song, dance, visual arts, dramaturgies, collaborations with children theatrical scenes and music-kinetic activities groups we are building a new zoophilous Greek establishment, shattering everything that is old, dangerous and anachronistic. Our vision is to hear our voice as a breath of total change in animals’ life until the last stray bowl is silenced!
