PPA S.A. implemented the first Scholarship Awards for the academic year 2025-2026, supporting youth and strengthening social cohesion

Piraeus Port Authority S.A. is an Athens Stock Exchange listed company engaged in the management and operation of Piraeus port, Greece’s largest port and one of the largest integrated harbours in Europe, providing a complete range of services. In 2025, the first award ceremony of the “Kunpeng Scholarship” took place at the PPA premises, a new corporate social responsibility initiative, which supports first-year university students with outstanding academic performance from the neighboring municipalities of Piraeus, Perama, Keratsini–Drapetsona and Salamina, providing tangible assistance for the first steps of their academic journey.
During the ceremony, scholarships were awarded to ten (10) students, with a total value of €30,000, in recognition of their high performance and as active support for their access to higher education.
Το obtain a scholarship, a combination of academic excellence and low family or individual income was required. Also, a necessary condition was that the candidates were citizens of the above Municipalities and had graduated from a Greek Public High School, also of the above adjacent Municipalities of the port of Piraeus, within the last three (3) years.

Actively supporting the next generation which represents the core of future growth and innovation, providing ten (10) scholarships to first-year students at Greek universities, amounting to €3,000 each, for the academic year 2025-2026.
