The "Choose" program aims to inform, motivate and mobilize employees about nutrition management and good health issues that have a direct impact on personal and professional life.

Description

The "Choose" program focuses on three pillars: nutrition, fitness and balance. They include informative talks, interactive seminars, sports activities, and health and nutrition services will be offered.

The nutrition pillar focuses on actions and programs to raise the awareness of employees regarding the adoption of eating habits as well as the promotion of such habits.

The fitness pillar focuses mainly on group sports activities and programs.

Finally, the pillar of balance includes actions and programs related to the balance between professional and personal life, as well as dealing with work and personal stress.

Impact on Society

In 2018, the fruit distribution action was launched in the nutrition pillar at Head Offices, Factories of Kamari, Thessaloniki, Patras and Elefsina. Also under the same pillar is the activity of recording the calories in the canteen meals, which is currently being implemented at the head office.

At the pillar of balance in 2018, 4 interactive workshops "Positivity Workshop: choosing a positive life attitude" were organized.

Finally, the pillar of physical fitness includes the participation of employees in the Athens Marathon 2018. The collaboration is with "Desmos", which is an official cooperating organization of the event.
