Objective Action

The goal of this platform is to facilitate both consumers and aluminum manufacturers during the process of requesting a quote for aluminum frames.

Specifically, through "My Windows" a private individual will be able, by entering some basic information about his project (number/type of frames, desired completion date), to simultaneously request an offer from up to 3 aluminum manufacturers in the ALUMIL network. After that, having open and two-way communication with the manufacturers will decide who to work with.

It is aimed at people who want to change their frames and are looking for prices for making frames.

Description

The "customer" who is interested in getting an offer, describes his needs on the platform. More specifically, he records the number of frames he wants to change and the delivery time of the project (the construction of all the frames). He also indicates whether the change of frames he wishes concerns the "Save" program.

In the next step, the customer is asked to fill in his details (name, phone, email, address, postal code). In the final step, the manufacturers located in the customer's area are displayed, always having the ones closest to the address stated by the customer first in the list. The customer can select up to 3 manufacturers and by clicking the "send request" button, the request for quotation is sent to the selected manufacturers. Then the manufacturer contacts the customer. Thus, the manufacturer can either go directly from his site to make measurements, or invite the customer to the manufacturing/exhibition site to see Alumil products in case the customer has not arrived at products.
