Description

Use of 6 sigma methodology and specifically the DMAIC cycle and to deal with environmental incidents such as emergencies, process improvement, etc. Training and use of 6 sigma tools in the investigation and analysis of incidents such as 5 Whys, Tree of reasoning, Cause and Effect Diagrams (Fishbone), 8Ds, FMEA, Action Logs, in improvement such as statistical analysis, MSA, benchmarking techniques, lesson learned, 5S and in process control such as control charts and KPIs. Simultaneously exploiting Industry 4.0 capabilities for monitoring, measurement and continuous improvement control.
