A swimwear company with a profile of eco-consciousness and action through art and fashion.

My target consumer group is women aged 25-45, middle/upper class, who want to stand out and at the same time are ecologically aware.

First production will be completed in February and sales will begin in spring 2021.

My company, following the innovation of the textile industry, will use recycled fabrics created from plastic waste. In this way, it will help to unclog the environment from plastic bottles that have washed up on the shores, and from the nets that have remained on the seabed.

In addition, the rest of the necessary materials for the manufacture of the clothes will be ecological. For example, threads, tires and accessories, will be either recycled or certified with the ecological production process by EOKO TEXT STANDARD., as well as even the packaging will be recycled or biodegradable. Regarding the volume of production, I plan to adjust it according to demand, starting with online store and choosing few stores as sales points, to achieve stock & waste control. Finally, as fashion has a life cycle and changing trends, I will offer to recycle my swimwear. That is, the consumer will have the option of returning my company's swimwear, with a profit for the environment in avoiding waste, and a profit for himself in the reduction of costs in the next purchase.

The company will support the Healthy Seas organization, which organizes voluntary actions to collect waste from Greek and foreign seas, with a symbolic amount from the proceeds. The collected plastics will be sent to Italy, where the Carvico and Jersey Lomellina factory is located, and will be used as raw material for the production of the recycled fabrics that my company will supply.

At an initial stage, the production and distribution sectors will be covered by collaborations with other businesses and freelancers.

Over the years, my goal is to build my own production chain as well, investing in machinery and permanent staff.
