Objective Action

With the preparation and monitoring of the Operational Program and the respective Annual Action Plans, the Municipality of Heraklion can make strategic and financial planning in four years, streamlining its financial management by setting development priorities per year.

The Strategic Planning of the Municipality of Heraklion is inextricably linked to the Policy Objectives of each programming period, taking into account the 17 Sustainable Development Objectives (sdg's) of the United Nations, which constitute the global Agenda 2030.

Description

The Operational Program records and evaluates the current situation of the internal and external environment of the Municipality. The 4-year financial planning of the Municipality and its Legal Entities is prepared and monitored.

Ministry of Interior, educational and research institutions and development agencies and collectives in the area.

Involvement of the political and official staff of the Municipality.
