Towards Zero Waste: Implementing Just Go Zero by Polygreen across Motodynamics Group Offices

To transition the Group’s office facilities to a comprehensive circular economy model, aiming to reduce and progressively eliminate waste through source separation, recycling, reuse, and resource recovery, while minimizing environmental footprint and fostering environmental awareness among employees.

Group employees across all office locations, as well as indirectly partners and visitors.

2023 – present (ongoing implementation)

he Motodynamics Group has implemented the Just Go Zero program by Polygreen across all office facilities, adopting an integrated circular waste management system.

The initiative is based on waste separation at source and the holistic management of multiple waste streams, including paper, plastic, aluminum, coffee waste, and cigarette butts. These materials are systematically collected, recorded, and directed to specialized recycling and recovery processes.

A distinctive feature of the initiative is the management of organic waste through a food dehydrator, which converts food residues into natural fertilizer. This fertilizer is then offered to employees for personal use, reinforcing the practical application of circular economy principles in everyday life.

The innovation of the initiative lies in:

full traceability and measurement of waste streams
management of specialized waste categories (e.g., coffee and cigarette waste)
integration of environmental responsibility into daily behavior
transformation of waste into valuable resources

In collaboration with Polygreen, a provider of integrated circular economy and resource management solutions.

Employees actively participate through daily waste separation practices, contributing to behavioral change and the adoption of sustainable habits. They also benefit directly from the initiative through the use of the produced fertilizer.
