CITY OF PERISTERI
By their side from the first day

It is an innovative, targeted social action that will provide the mothers and single parent families living under extreme poverty conditions, all they need to take care of their newborn children. 

The social action "By their side from the first day” from the Municipality of Peristeri, is centered on “the miracle of life”. And that is of course the birth of a child.

Until babies to be one year.
 

This includes:

  • new swings,
  • strollers,
  • clothes,
  • milk,
  • diapers,
  • blankets,
  • bathtubs,
  • milk bottles,
  • pacifiers,
  • sterilizers,
  • creams etc.

This action is supported by many companies (Nestlé Hellas, MEGA A.E.,  Mother Baby, Chicco etc).

2 of Peristeri municipality employees and 3 volunteers citizens.

78 babies.

We cannot abandon the mothers that are struggling alone to raise their children in conditions of extreme poverty. This social program was created for them by the Municipality of Peristeri.
