Sustainable Development Team of OTE Group

The BA Group's main purpose is to integrate sustainable development and ESG criteria into the OTE Group's business strategy. Through cooperation, coordination and dialogue, we achieve the creation of a common corporate culture focused on sustainable development, listening to and responding to the needs and expectations of stakeholders.

The cross-departmental Sustainable Development Team of the OTE Group is part of the governance structure of sustainable development issues, as reflected in the OTE Group Sustainable Development Policy. The team, headed by the Executive Director of Corporate Communication & Sustainable Development of the OTE Group, consists of more than 50 representatives from all the business units of the Group.

The Sustainable Development Team consists of employees of OTE Group companies.

Greece 

The sustainable development team contributes to strengthening the integration of sustainable development and ESG criteria into the Group's business strategy and operations, as well as to the dissemination of sustainable development principles in all OTE Group business units. At the same time, it contributes to the creation of added value for the stakeholders of the OTE Group and to the achievement of the Group's ESG goals.

Sustainable Development Team contributes significantly to the integration of sustainable development into the business strategy, through:

  • the harmonization of the Group's business units and companies with the sustainable development strategy
  • the further dissemination of the sustainable development strategy and actions in the various business units and companies of the Group
  • improving the Group's performance in terms of sustainable development and ESG
  • the awareness and mobilization of the Group's employees in matters of sustainable development
  •  contributing to the formation and achievement of the Group's ESG goals 
  • the collection of sustainable development and ESG information and data
  • the contribution to the dialogue with the interested parties, on issues concerning the business units and companies of the OTE Group
