Every year during November and December

In 2010 ELVAL’s employees took the initiative to launch the in-house programme called "Contributing all together for a solidarity based society", which has been implemented so far. This programme is designed to support poor families by raising awareness among the Company’s employees in order to collect food, clothing, games and books. During the last four years 2010 - 2014, despite the difficult economic backdrop, the employees made a considerable contribution. The items collected were handed over to a Church in the local area which distributed them to poor families in the local communities.

Cooperating with the local church which is responsible for distributing the goods to poor families in the local community.

All employees who wish and are able to participate in the programme can be involved.

According to the Church’s data, the past four years 2010 - 2014 dozens of families in need have been benefited.

The company’s benefits are numerous, since:

- The employees are encouraged and satisfied due to their engagement in social contribution.
- The employees self-confidence and self-esteem is boosted due to the company’s reward and support on their voluntary engagement.
