- Smart Cities: Collaboration with municipalities (Monemvasia, Chania) with the aim of developing integrated solutions (smart water management, smart parking solution) that improve citizens' lives and protect the environment.

- Business Cloud: Improving the operation and flexibility of businesses, as well as reducing their operational costs.

-Fleet Management: Remote monitoring and management of a fleet of vehicles, to ensure "green" and safe driving but also to reduce operational costs,

- e-Energy: Solutions for better management of the energy consumed by businesses in order to limit their operating costs and create an "environmentally responsible" profile.

- e-health: OTE Group has contributed to the project of electronic and immaterial prescriptions, a milestone project for the digitization of health, on behalf of the Electronic Governance of Social Security.

- Internet of Things: The interconnection of devices, systems and equipment within a company contributes to better management of resources, a significant reduction of operating costs, as well as to the emergence of a "green" profile.

With the aim of technological superiority and the development of innovative services such as the above, the group participates in 34 research programs with a clear orientation towards sustainable development, promoting research and innovation.
 

In Greece there was an increase in revenues (+59.7%) in the Cloud Business sector and an increase (+65%) in fleet management revenues compared to 2020 but also in the number of commercial vehicles using the service (+48%) in the number of commercial vehicles using the fleet management service (Fleet Management) compared to the previous year. Furthermore, the Group participates in a private and public sector cooperation program, with long-term benefits in the context of Smart Cities. Finally, OTE Group acquires new know-how through participation in research projects.
