• Transplanting of large quantities of trees, (cost of app. €85,000) from worksites (mainly municipal squares) and the plantation of them in areas indicated by the Municipality’s green services.
• Asphalt recoating of local roads next to worksites.
• Construction of pavements mainly around worksites in municipal squares (Koridalos – Ag. Varvara).
• Provision of staff for minor works of the Municipalities.
• Cleaning of drains and storm water pipes at the regions of the Municipalities in order to avoid flooding events.
• Provision of staff for cleaning masonry works that were dangerous of falling apart in school buildings (Ag. Varavara, Piraeus).
• Maintenance works and improvement of the athletic facilities of the Municipalities of Koridalos and Nikaia.
• Supply of sportwear and sports equipments for the clubs of Nikaia Municipality.

- Protection of the environment through the transplantations.
- Rescue nearly 240 trees.
- Safer and better road surfaces in the vicinity of the construction sites of the Metro extension.

- Facilitate local government after the budget cuts to perform its social responsibility to the citizens with the help of the private sector.
- Qualitative sports environment in community sports facilities for the Municipalities of Korydallo and Nikaia.
