The initiative aims to ensure transparency, credibility, and sustainable growth for Antipollution, as a member of V Group, through the adoption and continuous certification of integrated management systems. Its core objective is to strengthen corporate governance, ensure strict compliance with applicable international standards, and enhance the trust of clients, partners, and institutional stakeholders through a robust framework of accountability, transparency, and operational consistency.

Simultaneously, the company is in an advanced stage of preparing for the integration of three additional strategic certifications:

The continuous upgrading and expansion of the certified framework safeguard operational integrity, promotes a corporate culture of accountability and continuous improvement, and further strengthen Antipollution's position as a benchmark for responsible, sustainable, and resilient governance in the environmental management sector.

The implementation and maintenance of Antipollution's compliance and corporate governance systems are carried out in collaboration with accredited inspection and certification bodies. These bodies ensure the credibility, impartiality, and validity of the company’s certifications and contribute to the continuous improvement of procedures through regular audits and targeted recommendations. This collaboration forms a cornerstone for strengthening corporate integrity and compliance with governance and sustainability standards.

The implementation, monitoring, and continuous improvement of compliance and corporate governance systems are conducted by Antipollution’s Compliance Department in collaboration with relevant departments. This team is staffed by specialized professionals with certified training and ongoing education in relevant fields. The department is responsible for coordinating internal audits, organizing regular training programs, and ensuring full compliance with all applicable international standards. The active participation of these professionals ensures the uninterrupted operation of the systems, strengthens corporate responsibility, and cultivates a culture of continuous improvement at all organizational levels.

The initiative is implemented across the entire company, covering a broad scope of application and ensuring consistent adherence to compliance standards.
