INTERBETON: A Sustainability Milestone with Three Leading Certifications

INTERBETON has obtained three major certifications, reinforcing its commitment to environmentally responsible concrete production:

  • “CSC Responsibly Sourced” – the first in Southeastern Europe: Recognizes the sustainable and transparent production of concrete, awarded to the ready-mix units of Metamorfosi, The Ellinikon, and N. Efkarpia.
  • “Zero Waste to Landfill (Platinum)” – the first in Greece: Acknowledges diverting waste from landfill above 99.5%, granted to The Ellinikon plant.
  • ISO 46001– the first in Greece: Certifies efficient water management and sustainable use, also awarded to The Ellinikon plant.

Overall, these certifications highlight INTERBETON’s leadership in sustainable production, circular economy practices, and responsible resource management.
