Supporting initiatives with meaningful and measurable social impact by assisting vulnerable social groups, promoting youth employment, strengthening non-profit organizations, and addressing urgent social needs.

The initiative targets vulnerable social groups, unemployed young people, patients requiring palliative home care, students, as well as non-profit organizations and local communities in need of support, particularly in the aftermath of natural disasters.

This is a long-standing collaboration that has been in place for several years and remains ongoing. Since 2025, the collaboration has also been expanded through the Adopt a Position initiative.

TITAN has a long-standing commitment to supporting initiatives that address a wide range of social needs. Among other activities, it provides school supplies and Christmas gifts to support vulnerable social groups. It has also participated in three cycles of the Desmos for the Young programme, funding job positions for unemployed young people at non-profit organizations. In addition, TITAN consistently supports Desmos’ running team at the Athens Authentic Marathon, with TITAN employees also taking part.

TITAN has further contributed to the Nosileia programme, which provides palliative home care to patients with life-threatening illnesses (a donation in memory of Th. Papalexopoulos), as well as to the provision of postgraduate scholarships for Law students through the State Scholarships Foundation (a donation in memory of K. Kerameos). Furthermore, it supports initiatives providing immediate assistance to people affected by natural disasters, such as wildfires and floods.

Since 2025, through the Adopt a Position initiative, TITAN has also been supporting the long-term sustainability of the Desmos team, investing in the people behind every social-impact initiative.

The initiative is implemented in collaboration with the non-profit organization Desmos, which acts as a link between donors, businesses and charitable organizations, undertaking the design and implementation of social-impact initiatives.

TITAN employees actively participate in Desmos’ running team at the Athens Authentic Marathon, demonstrating their support for the organization’s initiatives and promoting active involvement in social contribution activities. Employee volunteers have also taken part in numerous initiatives implemented in collaboration with Desmos.

The initiative has a nationwide reach, with activities taking place across various regions of Greece, depending on social needs and the organizations receiving support.

The collaboration with Desmos has contributed to supporting vulnerable social groups, creating employment opportunities for young people, strengthening healthcare and education initiatives, and providing assistance to people affected by natural disasters. At the same time, it helps ensure the long-term sustainability of the Desmos organization.

The collaboration strengthens TITAN’s social responsibility and social impact by contributing to initiatives that deliver meaningful benefits to society. At the same time, it fosters trust-based relationships with local communities, promotes a corporate culture of giving, and encourages greater employee engagement and participation in social solidarity initiatives.
