IASO General Clinic: New State-of-the-art Check-Up Department

The goal of creating the new state-of-the-art check-up department is to provide comprehensive quality health services, at preferential prices, as well as to awaken and inform the public about the value of the annual preventive check-up.

IASO General Clinic created a new state-of-the-art Check-Up Department which started its operation in March 2021 and offers a personalized and holistic approach to conducting preventive health checks. It is hosted in a completely renovated space and has modern facilities and modern hotel equipment.

Following the developments of science and medicine, the specialized healthUP packages of IASO General Clinic cover every need for a preventive check-up and are aimed at men and women of all age groups.

The communication and promotion of the state-of-the-art department is based on an integrated Marketing and Communication program which includes:

- Key visuals

- Creation of Brand Name: healthUp

- Two new original entries

- New form which informs about the specialized healthUp packages

- Three videos to show the section

- Creation of a landing page at www.iaso.gr

For the communication of the department and the creation of brand awareness, from March to December 2021, 16 entries, 7 advertorials and 12 publi were published in large circulation newspapers as well as magazines. At the same time, native articles have been published in informative health portals promoting the importance of preventive medicine and radio interviews have been carried out. Finally, 7 Press Releases have been published with more than 120 publications. The communication, promotion and PR for the above actions and the management was done entirely by the Marketing and Communication Department of the IASO Group and the valuation of the publicity was €88,900.

A total of 32 content posts were made on the Social Media of the IASO Group: 2 competitions, 7 offers, 2 informative articles, 21 posts promoting the services of the department and 20 stories which had a great impact and engagement with the following quantitative data: -Total reach 622k people -Total impressions 1.4m people – 31.4k likes/reactions

- Segment video post: - 370 likes – 236.1K reach - 396K impressions, 128K views

- Social Media competition, on the occasion of World Health Day, where 12 complete age-based healthUp screenings were drawn. It is one of the top 10 posts on the IASO Group Instagram page for 2021 with 857 total shares

- Offer on the occasion of World Thyroid Day: healthUp THYRO package at a preferential price with free thyroid ultrasound and evaluation by an endocrinologist.

- Offer on the occasion of Father's Day: 10% discount on the already preferential prices of healthUp men's preventive check-up programs.

- European Prostate Cancer Day offer on the healthUp PROSTATE screening package.

- Offers on the occasion of World Heart Day on the three healthUp CARDIO packages.

- Offer on the occasion of World Osteoporosis Day: Free assessment by an Endocrinologist and preferential prices, on comprehensive OSTEO diagnostic checks in the check-up department.

- Offers on the occasion of the Movember movement on healthUp comprehensive men's preventive packages.

- Movember Social Media competition where 10 full male age-based healthUp screenings were raffled off with 530 entries.

In total, the Offers and Contests of the Check-Up Department of IASO General Clinic collected: - 479K impressions - 259K reach.

The overall communication of the Check-Up department has found a great response and resonance, in a very short period of time.
