Excavation, construction, and demolition waste (C&DW) is not merely material to be discarded. On the contrary, it holds significant potential for reuse. In Greece, it is estimated that approximately 5 million tons of C&DW are generated annually, with half of this amount produced in the Attica region alone. TITAN and INTERBETON are leading the way by transforming it into high-quality recycled aggregates, supporting a sustainable and circular growth model in the construction sector.  As of 2024, our facilities at the Malakasa produced over 45,000 tonnes of recycled aggregates from construction and demolition waste, while this is further expanded to the Xirorema, Rethymno, Larisa, Heraklion, Volos, Thessaloniki, and Leros quarries during 2025.
