The seminars and workshops of the FoodSaveShare campaign, organized in the Municipality of Heraklion, Crete, give the opportunity to the participants to be informed about the problem of food waste production, but also to see how with simple but inventive moves, they can significantly reduce the amount of food excess and end up in the waste bin. Suggestions are made by food waste management experts who have extensive experience in adult education. |
