- Βesides the operation of sewage, construction and operation of condensing units whey. Whey is one of the most polluting waste of the Diary Industries. The Firm's condensing unit's whey compacts by 5 times the volume of the waste whey, which is led to facilities of other units for the full utilization.

- MEVGAL is involved in the Hellenic Recovery Recycling Corporation, which aim is to create effective solutions for solid waste recycling in accordance with European Union's directives. The recyclable materials of the production process are categorized into paper, plastic, metal, batteries, bulbs and electrical material and delivered to a licensed recycling facility. The same procedure is followed in the case of vehicles that come to the end of their useful lives.
