“Employability Forward” was launched in 2002 to mark the 100th anniversary of TITAN and has since evolved into a significant educational initiative for postgraduate students. The latest event attracted over 200 participants, who praised the quality of the discussions and workshops, while the innovative approach and emphasis on foresight provided unique learning and networking opportunities. The program featured engaging thematic sessions like “Fostering Employability through Creative Foresight” and “Hacking Your Hiring Process”, as well as the “Linguistic Artificial Intelligence Models & Employability” workshop, all of which enriched and elevated the overall experience.
