The following year, in 2024, Plaisio developed and adopted an Equal Opportunities Policy, institutionally reinforcing accessibility and equal treatment for all employees. In 2025, the company was recognized as a “Best Workplace for Women”, reflecting its substantial progress in empowering women in the workplace.This commitment is also reflected in the company’s workforce composition, with women representing 48% of total employees.
As part of its efforts to support professional development and social inclusion, in 2023 Plaisio participated in the “Live a Legacy” initiative by Women on Top and Mastercard, offering paid internships to women seeking career advancement through mentoring and guidance. Ιn parallel, the company took part in an educational initiative by the social enterprise “Black Light”, which designs and implements programs that promote inclusion for people with and without visual impairments, building bridges of understanding and collaboration in both the workplace and consumer environments.
