Having undertaken one of the most demanding renovation projects in the area of Agios Dionysios in Piraeus, we have gained invaluable experience and expertise in the revitalization of urban areas.

Urban regeneration is aimed at the broader community of residents and visitors of a specific city or neighborhood.

The Piraeus Port Plaza (PPP), located in the area of Agios Dionysios in Piraeus, was comprised of old and abandoned tobacco warehouses that were built in the 1930s. The abandonment of urban land, especially in industrial areas, is associated with low ecological value and has a negative impact on the wealth of fauna and flora.

Our responsibility was the redevelopment of Piraeus Port Plaza (PPP) and consequently, the regeneration of the surrounding area, with a high priority placed on creating open spaces. We paid special attention to the creation of open spaces, and approximately 28% of the project's area (5,000 sqm) was transformed into outdoor areas, landscaped with endemic and Mediterranean plants.

In this way, we have managed to create a true oasis within a highly urbanized area. The green spaces of the property serve as connecting points, creating a biodiversity corridor that links the area with other neighboring green spaces
