OTE Estate undertook and implemented the complete renovation of an old building complex and its transformation into a state-of-the-art television studio building, taking into account international standards and specific design requirements. The design of COSMOTE TV's "green" building was done in an environmentally responsible way, aiming at improved performance indicators, such as energy consumption, but also perfectly tolerable to zero environmental impacts. As a result, the building is the first building of special specifications (production of television programs - Studios) in Greece that has international certification according to LEED and indeed at the GOLD level, by the American Green Building Council (USGBC). |
