The Business Continuity Plan (BCP) as a key pillar of our Sustainable Development Strategy.

Preparing and taking all the necessary and required measures, in order to ensure that the operations of the Group Hellenic Cables in Greece, are not to be affected by exceptional and unforeseen circumstances and situations. We invest in developing system and mechanisms for early identification and address any risks in order to ensure the continued provision of our products and services and to remain faithful to real commitment and our goals for sustainable development. Through this action, the aim of the company is to establish a strategy that:

  • Improves preventive, resilience against any kind of interruption of its ability to achieve its business objectives.
  • Provides a proven as to its efficacy, the capacity recovery methodology of the Company to produce its products and provide its services to an acceptable level within an agreed time limit, after disorganized because of a disorder.

This action involves and thus addresses all stakeholders of the company as it ensures the seamless operation.

The implementation of the program began in 2015, and in June 2016, it was completed and certified according to the international ISO 22301 standard by an independent body.

At the Hellenic Cables Group's facilities in Greece (Athens, Sousaki Corinth, Thebes, Levadia and Oinofyta).
